Show the return value in the returns section
The returns section needs to show the purchase price that’s being refunded (ie: if a discount was applied then the discounted amount should be shown, not the original price)

Final Sale returns
Dear ASOS,
Thank you for this platform.
My idea is that final sale items should not include items that are over $25. It is wasteful both financially and environmentally not to be able to return an expensive item when it doesn't fit. Maybe final sale items can have a shorter return policy or credited towards an asos gift card, but the option to return them should be available.

I have been shopping from ASOS for over 10 years. Being one of the countries where ASOS offers free shipping, Turkey enables me to make very affordable purchases. However, despite the shipments in my recent order being declared as tax-free, they were sent without paying the taxes and got stuck in customs. Better return/exchange policy
This company needs a massive wake up call, we are getting ripped off outrageously. The crazy duties we have to pay, no exchanges (major *******) and having to pay for a return label that isn’t cheap either!! Get your greedy head out of your even greedier ** asos. Your policies are ridiculous and not even worth it to us as customers. Stop charging us so much money, offer exchanges on items that are not the right size and give us free postage return labels or atleast take a part of it off our refund when returning items. We…

Sadly I’ve wasted the best part of 1 hour trying to tell your CS that I couldn’t cancel my order within 1 minute of order. Because your sys.

WHY ARE YOU TAKING PEOPLES MONEY ON AN ORDER. WHERE I CLEARLY MADE A MISTAKE AND TRIED TO CANCEL WITHIN 1 minute. Your system failed not allowing me to cancel. Your CS team said they could not cancel it as it was over 10 minutes. So you keep my money, send out a parcel not required and break the rules of carbon footprint in UK. You should be ashamed. Showing discounts on invoice per item as when refunded to bank account you know what item you have been refunded especially when there are several returns as having this issue at present not knowing what I’ve been refunded.

When returning items, please pay bak in time. On two last occasions I have had to contact you to get refunded. Not cool!

Copy needs adjusting
Hi, Asos! I recently returned an item, because I didn't feel my best in it. Today, the refund was accepted, so I got the automated email. Up to here it is all fantastic. But the email said this: "The refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. Oh, and just so you know,* refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside of our control." Extend the returns period to minimum 30days or gift voucher option thereafter up to 60days
Extend the Return window to 30 days - and add a gift voucher option for items returned between 30-60days. And don't indicate that a return past 28 day timeframe 'MAY' be facilitated by a Gift Voucher if none of the customer care representatives or their managers CAN ACTUALLY facilitate this - i was chatting with two very helpful individuals but they are obviously very limited in what they can actually do - they repeat back the standard line of -'over 28days cannot print a return label' so often you may feel like it is a bot or an AI agent…

Itemized Pricing details for returns
I want to see itemized details of items and pricing with the total amount refunded. The alert showing I get refunded $200 without showing me exactly for what ls listed isn’t helpful to keep track.

Returns
The Royal Mail returns using the qr code / barcode is awful.
A lot of other retailers have the option of printing the Royal Mail label and having Royal Mail collect the parcel from the customers doorstep. This would be so much more convenient for customers. It is so inconvenient to actually have to make a trip to the post office.1 vote -

Review Return and refund policies
Return and refund policy , numbers of days before refund is initiated is too long compared to other merchants even when the order has been received by your Hub, this is not encouraging. The minute return is received initiate the refund rather than wait for 15 business days to do so and in some cases more than 2 months refund was not initiated, till the custom contact ASOS on the refund

When looking back at your order history it would be useful to see how the items were paid for e.g £20 gift voucher £40 card ending in xxxx
