    All my old returns are still showing as “in progress” when does the status change? I already reported this to the bot I was chatting to but he told me to send feedback via the app instead!

    Can you have an exchange policy. If i want to returne something, it should be a refund and exchange because when i get thing during the sale i just want to exchange not refound so i can get a same discount.

  4. Returns grouping

    It should be possible to return items from multiple orders in one return, which would in turn save the number of parcels to post and sort

    I hate this new return process! The reason I’ve shopped with Asos for years and years is because of the ease of return of unwanted items. This new inconvenient process of return will make me pause before I make my next purchase.

  6. More info regarding returned refunded items in app

    Does anyone even bother reading these feedbacks and ideas? Several similar feedbacks left and I'm not surprised as it's an obvious impassioned and flaw yet still the problem exists. Its FUNDAMENTAL to have returns marked against every single item ordered and a notification its been refunded. Other online sites do this...why doesn't asos? It's not enough to only get an email. This return/refunded info needs to be in the order or returns section. Come on, get yourselves sorted please!!

    I think you should update and list all the returned items onto "my returns" category for each account, so that I can keep track of the items that I returned and the total amount that will be returned to the original payment method. I am aware that I can opt to receive email or app notifications (which I have) on returned items but sometimes I return them on different packages all at the same time yet I only receive notification of return on only one of the packages. When I tracked my returns using the barcode provided, the status stated…

  11. Show the return value in the returns section

    The returns section needs to show the purchase price that’s being refunded (ie: if a discount was applied then the discounted amount should be shown, not the original price)

    Why is your return period not 30 days???? 28 days is stupid. And I want longer time frame to get a refund too.

  15. Returns and refunds

    Tracking returns and when you’ve been actually refunded could do with more info on the app. I was trying to figure out when I was refunded for weeks only to see that the transaction has been processed at the beginning of the month: when I checked the order it would say “refunded” just pass me to a returns window. This made me attempt to contact you multiple times to no avail.

  18. LIVE CHAT ISSUE

    Your chat agent - I don’t know if it is an actual human person or a robot - took 40 minutes to tell me that they essentially couldn’t even fix my query. The transcript was so poor so honestly please put more effort into your live chat services because I am such a loyal customer but this has really let me down

  19. Return label

    Hi i know you dont offer return label now due to sustainability which is great, but there are many customers are student who don’t have a printer at home like me and that is super inconvenient to print return label. So I suggest that you could provide a return label selection when customer place an order, if that is ok?
