Add “My Sizes” to profile
Add “Your Sizes” as part of your profile to expedite the filter selection making finding cloths in your size easier. This would also help you track size trends to make sure you can order more based on the most popular sizes.

30 minute lockout when typing incorrect password is unnecessary
Sign in page locks you out when you type your password wrong twice. Says it happens after 3 attempts but happened after 2 attempts for me. Why is this necessary? It’s not the Bank of England I’m trying to log in to, it’s ASOS!!

Not a female but female presenting and I wear what ever shoes are available for my tiny tiny feet regardless of what the target gender was and believe me I need the extra options as they are stupid small for real. Please be more inclusive for people like me even if I was a girl I need the extra options dude fr they are so small.

Security and Passwords
I keep finding things in my saved items section that I didn’t add there and so I changed my password on my laptop but it hasn’t asked me to re-login on my phone which is problematic to me security-wise.
I’d feel reassured if it did ask me to log in again on my phone or if there was at least an option to sign out of all devices!

why do i have to always sign in when i go on the app.i have my passwords saved on my phone but for some reason it always says it’s incorrect.

I haven’t received some of my clothes due to not having Signing up for delivery package
I live in America, I love ordering clothes from this site but I have been unlucky twice & haven’t received some of my clothes. I wish this app can give an option where I would have to SIGN for my delivery so the FedEx workers wouldn’t leave my delivery on sidewalks for people to steal

ASOS joint account
Make joint ASOS accounts for couples! My boyfriend and I order all of the time for each other and it would be great to use the ASOS premium that I pay for but for both of us! It would save us a lot of hassle and I’m sure we would order a lot more that way
