Sadly I’ve wasted the best part of 1 hour trying to tell your CS that I couldn’t cancel my order within 1 minute of order. Because your sys.
Buying/returning.. Cancelling orders.
WHY ARE YOU TAKING PEOPLES MONEY ON AN ORDER. WHERE I CLEARLY MADE A MISTAKE AND TRIED TO CANCEL WITHIN 1 minute. Your system failed not allowing me to cancel. Your CS team said they could not cancel it as it was over 10 minutes. So you keep my money, send out a parcel not required and break the rules of carbon footprint in UK. You should be ashamed. I’m not going to allow your carrier to deliver this unwanted parcel and will try my bank for a refund. It’s absolutely ridiculous. So happy for you to hold my money in your big fat accounts. You should be ashamed.
