Copy needs adjusting
Hi, Asos! I recently returned an item, because I didn't feel my best in it. Today, the refund was accepted, so I got the automated email. Up to here it is all fantastic. But the email said this: "The refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. Oh, and just so you know,* refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside of our control." I think the tone is slightly too aggressive for normal costumers, specially for your international crowd whose mother tongue is not English. So, if this message gets read, please consider passing this along to the marketing and communication department. Thank you :)
