current size chart is unhelpful whilst shopping for merchandise bc it displays international conversion sizes instead of actual measurements that would aid in determining whether a product matches the shoppers preferences.

Shop by seasonal colour analysis
It would be great if you could either have a filter or edit to shop for specific season colour palettes, such as soft autumn, true winter, bright spring etc.

To be able to synchronize body height shoe size etc. automatically while shopping.
As an option, when you are logged in, you could specify your shoe size, dress size, etc. as a personal information.
So that it can be synchronized while you are shopping without having to define it again every time or look at the exact body size.
When it comes to personal information, it would be brilliant if it would be in the exact details in cm, mm, circumference, etc. were possible.1 vote -

Cdn shipping fees are too expensive!! Delivery should be free. Plus, the duties and handling fees are too much. It's not worth shopping at ASOS even with the CA15 discount code.

Copy needs adjusting
Hi, Asos! I recently returned an item, because I didn't feel my best in it. Today, the refund was accepted, so I got the automated email. Up to here it is all fantastic. But the email said this: "The refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. Oh, and just so you know,* refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside of our control." I think the tone is slightly too aggressive for normal costumers, specially for your international crowd whose mother tongue is not English. So, if this message gets read, please…

Extend the returns period to minimum 30days or gift voucher option thereafter up to 60days
Extend the Return window to 30 days - and add a gift voucher option for items returned between 30-60days. And don't indicate that a return past 28 day timeframe 'MAY' be facilitated by a Gift Voucher if none of the customer care representatives or their managers CAN ACTUALLY facilitate this - i was chatting with two very helpful individuals but they are obviously very limited in what they can actually do - they repeat back the standard line of -'over 28days cannot print a return label' so often you may feel like it is a bot or an AI agent…

Sadly I’ve wasted the best part of 1 hour trying to tell your CS that I couldn’t cancel my order within 1 minute of order. Because your sys.
Buying/returning.. Cancelling orders.
WHY ARE YOU TAKING PEOPLES MONEY ON AN ORDER. WHERE I CLEARLY MADE A MISTAKE AND TRIED TO CANCEL WITHIN 1 minute. Your system failed not allowing me to cancel. Your CS team said they could not cancel it as it was over 10 minutes. So you keep my money, send out a parcel not required and break the rules of carbon footprint in UK. You should be ashamed. AI clothes recommender
AI recommender.
ASOS shows me pictures of different styles etc. and I select the ones I like. I also feed in my body type etc. ASOS then recommends pieces of clothing that I should buy, either individually or as part of an outfit.
This would make it easier for me to find / buy, resulting in me being more likely to (1) buy more, and (2) buy it from ASOS.1 vote -

Smocks and Aline dresses
You need to have more smock and A line styles in sizes28+. Over the last 6 months all the best styles are in the smaller size range which is disappointing. I've struggled to buy anything.

A digital mannequin
I’d love to see a feature where asos introduce a digital mannequin. The user has the option to put different clothing pieces together, so they’ll know what the outfit looks like before they purchase items. Users will have the option to change the mannequin skin complexion & body size.
