NEW JEAN DESIGN Do you reward if the idea is used
i have a new jean concept which iv have for many years but still not one jean company has yet to design the perfect jean and mabe i have it so was wondering if a reward is given if the concept is used by asos ie a copyright fee paid on production just thought id ask

Put leg hem sizes on your product jean listings
many brands list jeans as slim , skinny regular /taper etc but the hem width does vary a lot between brands so if you have meaty calfs they could be hard to put on, in my opinion all brands should state the hem width like they use too as a regular hem with one brand might be smaller than another brand which i do find is oftain the case and should be stated on the product page,personally i was trying to compare the slim vs the skinny asos jeans so contacted live support but they didnt know the hem size…

I would love to have an AI assistant that will help me to pick up the items based on a style, image, similarity to previous purchases, availability of the suggested style Should be based on my sizes. I spend too much time on searching items, and I give up quickly because of the large variety on the app.

“more colours” “selling fast” covering items
If you would put it up inscription “more colours and selling fast” the item would be seen clearly. Now it’s covered the item in shoe section

Fix payment issues
Fix existing payment issues. I haven’t been able to use Klarna/Clearpay etc for over 6 months. Every time I contact customer care they tell me they don’t know when this will be fixed. As a result I have cancelled my premier subscription and been buying directly from other retailers

Show the return value in the returns section
The returns section needs to show the purchase price that’s being refunded (ie: if a discount was applied then the discounted amount should be shown, not the original price)

Tall
Please can you do tall outdoor wear such as waterproof trousers in 36/38 leg. They literally do not exist anywhere!

There seem to be so many trousers in tall that don’t state the inside leg measurement. Knowing the height of the model is no use as i know people same height as me who have shorter legs. Inside leg and arm length are the first thing i am looking for as these are what make clothes fit! Please state the leg length which for tall should really be 36/38 as other lengths are available in regular. Will save a lot of sending back!

When returning items, please pay bak in time. On two last occasions I have had to contact you to get refunded. Not cool!
Developing the return process so customers don't have to make contact in every return to get their money as promised

Item in your size is beeing held at the moment
If the size of the item is out if stock it would help a great deal to see an active list of them beeing in someone elses bag but not yet checked out. No guarantee if it will be checked out fully or not. Just to see if any/how many are in baga but not fully checked out

Make student discount code available everywhere
Make the student discount code not dependant on the shipping adress. Mine isn’t working because I’m not based in the same country as my university. I study remotely, so there is no need for me to be near a campus. I’m sure I’m not the only one in this situation and it’s unfair that I can’t use my code because it doesn’t match my delivery adress.

Browse ALL clothing by body type
Please go back to being able to look at ALL clothes and then filter by body type. Now you have to choose 'tops' or 'dress' or only browse new items. I want to be able to look at all clothing styles together and be able to filter to body type i.e. plus size

Material Filter
i.e Filtering out animal materials or only 100% cotton etc
It would the ordering experience so much quicker and more convenient as having to look for the materials is long and not always clear.
I accidentally bought something with leather in it as it wasn’t clear on the app. It’s not as easy as returning the item as the demand for it has now been added to.
