Tall selection
The main collection continues to recieve new in style items, but Tall just gets a few dresses, why can't Tall have the tube skirts? Or a nice co-ords outfit that doesn't look like something our mothers would wear! I have been shopping from ASOS for over 10 years. Being one of the countries where ASOS offers free shipping, Turkey enables me to make very affordable purchases. However, despite the shipments in my recent order being declared as tax-free, they were sent without paying the taxes and got stuck in customs. I have been reaching out everywhere for the past 15 days. I have had numerous correspondences with ASOS customer service, but to no avail. Better return/exchange policy
This company needs a massive wake up call, we are getting ripped off outrageously. The crazy duties we have to pay, no exchanges (major *******) and having to pay for a return label that isn’t cheap either!! Get your greedy head out of your even greedier ** asos. Your policies are ridiculous and not even worth it to us as customers. Please Bring back shipping options
Dont get me wrong I love that you have added free shipping to malaysia and other countries when spending xx amount. But I really dislike that you've taken away the option to pay extra for express shipping or at east letting us choose how long shipping takes. I order quite alot from asos and one of my favourite things is that I can pay that extra shipping and get my stuff in under a week.

Selecting women's Curve now takes NINE clicks, not one, what?
Having a selector that forces you to use the filter EVERY time you want to include or exclude Curve sizes from shopping is a PITA. Especially as you've replaced the single click "CURVE" under women's clothing with:
Click clothing
Open filters
Open "Select edit"
Select "plus size"
Click OK
Open Gender selector
Click Female (or male)
Click OK
Click "show all items"What used to be one click is now NINE. Come off it.

New Style Idea
Asos needs more culture fashion representation, the app just seems so bland now. I’d love to see more colors, vintage and warmth especially with summer right around the corner. I would like to see more latin and mediterranean fashion on here!

Please add a preview button on items. This would make browsing quicker. Having to open a new window or tab to check to see what sizes/colors are available is time-consuming.

Could you link or connect the same items in regular and plus sizes?
That way you would make it easier to see if the item also comes in plus size or the reverse 😁 especially if you see an add for clothing in straight size, its quite hard to find out if the item also comes in plus size

It would be great if the prices were the same for all customers. If you have already removed the option to select the currency, be at least as fair and stick to the exchange rate. How is it possible that individual items became more expensive by 10, 20 or more euros by switching the currency from the pound to the euro? That must be punishable by law. Example: sneakers that cost 80 pounds, now cost 110 euros. According to the exchange rate, the real price in euros should be 93.42 euros. Where did these 110 come from?

Final Sale returns
Dear ASOS,
Thank you for this platform.
My idea is that final sale items should not include items that are over $25. It is wasteful both financially and environmentally not to be able to return an expensive item when it doesn't fit. Maybe final sale items can have a shorter return policy or credited towards an asos gift card, but the option to return them should be available.
