Tall
There seem to be so many trousers in tall that don’t state the inside leg measurement. Knowing the height of the model is no use as i know people same height as me who have shorter legs. Inside leg and arm length are the first thing i am looking for as these are what make clothes fit! Please state the leg length which for tall should really be 36/38 as other lengths are available in regular. Will save a lot of sending back!

Delivery company
For Irish customers, you need to stop using Fastways. Next day delivery is taking 3 days and they just abandon your package somewhere on your doorstep and walk away. No knock on the door. Not to mention that the parcel is battered to bits too. Useless delivery company. Please go back to using DHL, at least they were reliable!

Browse ALL clothing by body type
Please go back to being able to look at ALL clothes and then filter by body type. Now you have to choose 'tops' or 'dress' or only browse new items. I want to be able to look at all clothing styles together and be able to filter to body type i.e. plus size

Tall selection
The main collection continues to recieve new in style items, but Tall just gets a few dresses, why can't Tall have the tube skirts? Or a nice co-ords outfit that doesn't look like something our mothers would wear! Low rise or flare jeans are no where to be found, tube skirts forget about it, and the dresses we get to choose from are just so blah compared to the main collection.. why not expand the main new styles to Tall as well? I have been shopping from ASOS for over 10 years. Being one of the countries where ASOS offers free shipping, Turkey enables me to make very affordable purchases. However, despite the shipments in my recent order being declared as tax-free, they were sent without paying the taxes and got stuck in customs. I have been reaching out everywhere for the past 15 days. I have had numerous correspondences with ASOS customer service, but to no avail. Material Filter
i.e Filtering out animal materials or only 100% cotton etc
It would the ordering experience so much quicker and more convenient as having to look for the materials is long and not always clear.
I accidentally bought something with leather in it as it wasn’t clear on the app. It’s not as easy as returning the item as the demand for it has now been added to.

a size chart that actually helps 🤦🏽♀️
current size chart is unhelpful whilst shopping for merchandise bc it displays international conversion sizes instead of actual measurements that would aid in determining whether a product matches the shoppers preferences.

Better return/exchange policy
This company needs a massive wake up call, we are getting ripped off outrageously. The crazy duties we have to pay, no exchanges (major *******) and having to pay for a return label that isn’t cheap either!! Get your greedy head out of your even greedier ** asos. Your policies are ridiculous and not even worth it to us as customers. Stop charging us so much money, offer exchanges on items that are not the right size and give us free postage return labels or atleast take a part of it off our refund when returning items. We…

Please Bring back shipping options
Dont get me wrong I love that you have added free shipping to malaysia and other countries when spending xx amount. But I really dislike that you've taken away the option to pay extra for express shipping or at east letting us choose how long shipping takes. I order quite alot from asos and one of my favourite things is that I can pay that extra shipping and get my stuff in under a week.

Shop by seasonal colour analysis
It would be great if you could either have a filter or edit to shop for specific season colour palettes, such as soft autumn, true winter, bright spring etc.

Please bring back the petite basic slim joggers
The basic slim joggers in petite were the best thing ever. I can't find something like them anywhere. Please bring them back for ud petite girlie's that don't want oversized joggers!

Reward points for reviewing purchased items
There should be a point reward system for leaving helpful reviews on items that are purchased. The points should count as store credit and would be mutually beneficial as they would add up with more purchases made and more reviews left. In addition, reviews can greatly affect if I purchase an item or not so it would be helpful if there were more to see.

WHY ARE YOU TAKING PEOPLES MONEY ON AN ORDER. WHERE I CLEARLY MADE A MISTAKE AND TRIED TO CANCEL WITHIN 1 minute. Your system failed not allowing me to cancel. Your CS team said they could not cancel it as it was over 10 minutes. So you keep my money, send out a parcel not required and break the rules of carbon footprint in UK. You should be ashamed.
