2. Buying the look

   It would be really good if you could have links to the other clothing/accessories the models are wearing in the pictures...if sold on ASOS so you could ‘buy the look’

3. Display clothes on people, not hangers

   I’ve noticed that your company has started to display products by just putting them on a hanger or doing a flat lay. I don’t think this is a very good was to display them as the customer isn’t able to see what the item will look like on. Usually your app/site is very good and I shop with you a lot, but seeing items (on any website, not just Asos) displayed this is very frustrating and makes me not want to shop with you anymore. I’m not sure whether this has been done due to the unavailability of models just during lockdown or and attempt to save money by not having to hire the models, but I think I speak for most people when I say that it would be preferable to see the clothes on an actual person. Thank you!

   I am in the netherlands but don’t speak dutch. I would love a feature where I could choose my cou try as the netherlands and use the euro, but everything would be in english. It would be a lot easier for me! Thank you

12. Improve delivery options - Premier + Lichfield Click & Collect Not Available

    Premier delivery does not offer the same value for money as it once did.

    I signed up for premier delivery to benefit from the free delivery options so I could have flexibility over where and when my order arrived. Working in an office, Click & Collect meant I could be sure my order would arrived safely and securely and be available to collect at a time that suited me. I'm now more hesitant placing orders due to the limited delivery options and doubt I'll renew my Premier Delivery again as it's giving little benefit.

    However, with recent changes, often my orders come in multiple parcels and due to items coming from the Litchfield warehouse, I am limited as to what delivery options I can use. I just did an order when I could not use Click & Collect due to Litchfield for either of my two parcels and for the Litchfield order, could only have next day delivery to my door. This is frustrating as I now have to plan around the order coming.
    Furthermore, unlike when DPD used to do these orders, it is koe often Hermes/Evri who deliver to my door. While the courier who does this is great, I often have no idea when my order will arrive as the tracking is terrible! The parcel will show as out for delivery from midday with no time slot and the timeslot given is often inaccurate and may change mid transit (e.g. at 4:30pm I'll get told my 5-7pm slot has not moved to 4-6pm or I'llget given a 6-8pm slot and it will arrive at 5:30pm). Evri often deliver late afternoon/evening but it is impossible to plan around this as you never know when they'll arrive or where your order is in their route so you end up spending most of the day and evening indoors until it arrives out of fear of missing it. My order due tomorrow won't likely come until the evening so my Friday night will consist of waiting for it as there is no safe place in the building for it to be stored, whereas if I could Click & Collect, I could pick it up at a time which suited me and go about my day with no worries.

    Please can you offer better delivery options which give flexibility to those who are not home 24/7 and who lack secure spaces where these can be left in their absence.

16. Stop removing items from my bag

    I get that items are reserved for an hour, that’s cool but I feel like the bag should just have items in there until I remove them. I’m quite happy for items to be no longer reserved for me after an hour but it feels like the concepts of reservation and bag have been combined but in reality, they’re two different things.

    If I come back 2 hours later and the items are no longer reserved, but still in stock: great - I can just checkout and all is well. If things are out of stock, then fine: you snooze you lose, right?

    That extra friction of having to re-add items to the bag is frustrating.

    When an item is out of stock in all sizes the notifications option is no longer available, however sometimes some items come back when stock is returned, should keep notifications option on for a while after all sizes are out of stock
