Language
Hello,
For some reason when I select where I live in, it automatically changes the language to the one of the country's, but I am an expat. Would be better to also be able to select a preferred language, at least English should be an option.

Curvier Models that are NOT plus size
I love that asos is advocating diversity; however it would be great to see models who are curvier/thicker that are not plus size or asos curve. Quite a few curvy people are not plus size and it doesn't help in buying products when all models are thin.

Fabric filter: composition, recycled, organic
Sometimes fabric is a deal-breaker for me, and it's the last info you get. It would be useful if you could check your preferences right away. Also, for some brands, that could be strategicly a stand out feature.

Include Heel Height in all Shoes
The shoes do not have a Height measurement of Heels. Very difficult to buy shoes online without knowing how high/low they are

Restocking in Bulk
To restock in bulk so that as soon as i click on the notification that tells me an item is back in stock, it is immediately back out of stock when i click the notification. i have about 8 items on my saved list that i’ve been waiting weeks to buy as this keeps happening to me. (or if they’re not coming back instock to notify me so i’m not waiting for nothing)

Emptying cart
STOP EMPTYING MY CART AFTER 1 HOUR! It’s so annoying and is a put off! I’m sick of getting busy with kids and checking and everything is gone! So frustrating. ASOS is the only place I know that does it!

Make sure that items modelled in home page pictures are actually available
I’ve noticed a few times that when a new style edit is released and posted on the home page, some of the items the models are wearing in the cover picture aren’t available for purchase.
E.g. I was looking for this dress in the ASYOU edit (pic attached). I scrolled through every dress and play suit from ASYOU and couldn’t find it anywhere.
Same with this green co-ord in the Topshop edit (pic attached). The items modelled are nowhere to be found.
Items shown in the picture should be top of the results page when you open the trend.

plus size models
having more variations of plus size models!! i’d rather see several different body types, or have the option to try on the outfit on an avatar of your body (i.e out in your body measurements and an avatar appears where items can be virtually tried on before purchasing)

GBP to EUR
Please bring back the option for Irish customers to be able to buy in GBP. The price difference is massive, without this I will probably no longer shop at ASOS. I could save up to €20 on some purchases, I will not continue to buy at ASOS if my orders are going to be so much more expensive.

Currency conversion
Prices in euro are considerably above Currency exchange rates. The option to buy in sterling to benefit from actual currency exchange rate has been removed. The incentive to buy from Asos has diminished because of this.
Reinstate option to buy in Sterling or ....have fair prices in euro.30 votes -
Items shown unable to ship to my country
Hi, I’m a customer from Singapore. While I have generally been happy with ASOS in the past, I was very upset and disappointed this morning when I attempted to purchase several pairs of Nike leggings, only to be told at checkout that these items do not ship to my country. Please see the photo attached.
While I understand that not all items will be able to be shipped to all countries that ASOS serves due to contracts etc. that you mention on your website, I do not understand why these items are still shown to me if they cannot be…

Wide fit shoes
I have noticed that you have taken off the option in shoes to sort by fit. I wear wide fit shoes and now don’t have the option to find these shoes. It would be a great idea to put this selection back...please 😉

Save out of stock products
Ability to save an out of stock product! When someone shares something on socials and links it, can’t add it to my saved items or turn on out of stock notifications. Have to remember to come back to it or open it in my web browser and keep checking. Must lose so many sales from this!

Country delivery filter
Lot of times happened where I really liked a product, matched it to other products to make a full look then approached the checkout and got the notification “one of the item cannot be delivered to X (country)“
Happened to me alot of times, selected new things and then again the msg appeared
Then i would just give up and end up not buying anythingIt would be really satisfying and easier to show products that are available for purchase and delivery to the country needed by the costumer

Bigger bra sizes!!
Bigger bra sizes.
90% of women in the uk wear incorrectly fitted bras using archaic +4 measures.
BOB (boob or bust) calculate your bra size correctly and every single woman who uses it wears the wrong size.For example I wore a very uncomfy 34g (size 14) before but I’m actually a 32J. You stock only one bra in this size.
Please stock more brands such as Freya which go up to much bigger sizes.

Language options
The app is not very user friendly for people who live in a country of which they don't speak the official language. So for example, when I select that I'm shopping from the Netherlands, the language automatically switches to Dutch. It would be much better if we had the option to select a language ourselves, regardless of the country we're shopping from.
