Option to see out of stock items
I wish there is an option to show items that are out of stock so I can save it and then set up a notification for when it is back in stock!

Language settings
I can’t seem to change the language settings from Danish to English. When shopping I prefer English. So it would be nice to be able to change language preferences.

Change language
I think it would nice if you could select the store of the country you live in but be able to change the language. For example the store is Denmark but you could chose English as the language instead of Danish. With all the people moving around in the world and not in their home country, they might prefer to shop in their own language.

Being able to save custom searches would be great - I spend so much time using the filters but if I go off the app then I have to put them all on again!

Personal chat room with humans that work for ASOS
There is no one, not even a contact number, to call when an order isn't delivered or any problem occurs. My parcel is untracked, so I don't know where it is, but the AI keeps telling me to track my parcel. My parcel has also been late for a few days now

English language in Netherlands app
Have language options available. I am British but live in Netherlands. There is no option to change the language to English when using the Dutch shop

All my old returns are still showing as “in progress” when does the status change? I already reported this to the bot I was chatting to but he told me to send feedback via the app instead!

Filter by material!!
Other online shops like Zalando make it possible to filter for a material. For this reason I prefer buying at Zalando. I only like 100% cotton and most of the stuff at ASOS is cheap polyester. I’d like to be able to filter for 100% cotton! At Zalando they have “cotton” and “100% cotton” as filters. Else I have to look up the material separately for each item and then at some point I just end up getting frustrated and close the app.

NOT Evri for Premier
ASOS to confirm which courier will be delivering their parcel.

Length
Please can you list the length of dresses in the description?
Length of clothes is important to me. As a Muslim girl I have to make sure my dresses reach my ankle. I end up estimating dress length from the model’s height and often I have to return dresses due to this.

Add a filter to exclude certain brands
Add a filter for heel height. Low. Mid. High.
Add a filter to saved items. E.g. filter by sale items.

Bring back the Option to pay in GBP
Please bring back to option of paying in GBP for Irish customers. I earn GBP however my home is in the Ireland. It is ridiculous we know longer have the option to pay in the currency we want. The prices of items in euro are crazy and with the current climate it’s unfair to ask us to pay that. I did all my clothes shopping on ASOS but I will no longer do so if I can’t pay GBP. Other websites are allowing to pay in GBP and if this doesn’t change with ASOS I will be buying directly off…

Measurements
You can get the measurements ( for example: trousers W31 L32, shirts Medium etc) and save them into each customers account so they can search for items and get their exact measurements.

Restock
I love your guys products, I worry when they go out of stock and if they will be restocked.
