Rewards/membership program
Add membership rewards where you can gain points after a certain amount of purchases. Have gold silver and platinum rewards. Makes people more likely to purchase more often knowing there will be rewards. Finally giveaways on the app for the members.

Allow Reviews via the App
I want to be able to leave a review without waiting to be invited by email to do so, and also to update my reviews if I wish. I reviewed an item but want to edit it since first use and can’t. You can’t even see your own review once it’s posted.

Customer service within your app
Can I recommend you improve your customer service on the app, perhaps attach the q+a built in and a way to live chat within the app instead of re directing me :)

Add banner on items you've already purchased
When you click on an item that you’ve already purchased, a message should come up saying “you purchased this on 1 Jan. Click here to see order”.
Some items look similar (eg jeans) and it’s a lot of effort to go back and check all of my orders to see if I’ve already ordered them at another time.
This is also better in terms of sustainability and returns on your end - it saves people ordering and returning the same thing twice not realising they’ve already purchased it!

Change language
I think it would nice if you could select the store of the country you live in but be able to change the language. For example the store is Denmark but you could chose English as the language instead of Danish. With all the people moving around in the world and not in their home country, they might prefer to shop in their own language.

Personal chat room with humans that work for ASOS
There is no one, not even a contact number, to call when an order isn't delivered or any problem occurs. My parcel is untracked, so I don't know where it is, but the AI keeps telling me to track my parcel. My parcel has also been late for a few days now
