FASTWAY Delivery
Stop using FASTWAY for delivery. My package which was due today hasnt arrived, I have looked up reviews of the courier that the package is in right now and the reviews are absolutely terrible. There have been cases of rude service, misplacement of the package without any notice, the company ignoring and not responding to emails.

optimizing fit assistent - customizing
Fit assistent is not working Well - at least for me. If there could be a button under each item that Said “include in fit assistant” for whenever you know a certain item in a certain size fits perfectly. You would also be able to go into you fit assistent and exclude items, if you dissagree with the algorhytm.

Make boards deletable
I would like to be able to rearrange and remove my wish list boards. I made a bunch of boards based on projects I was working on and now they’re just in the way. I thought I could delete them.

Order opened on delivery
Sorry, know this area is now more for app ideas, but we’ve lost the ability to leave feedback about orders/deliveries/couriers, so I’m going to kill two birds with one stone.
My most recent order arrived in around a week to a metro Melbourne, Aust address. Pretty good. However, it was either opened by the courier, or delivered to the wrong address and opened by the recipient before they decided to leave the package on my doorstep.
How do I know? The package was a single pair of jeans. And they were left sitting, neatly folded next to my front door,…

Able to transfer premier subscription to another personal email address
I am in a situation where one of my personal email addresses, which I used to sign up for Asos premier, will be deleted soon. And I have been told that I cannot transfer the subscription to another personal email address of mine. This is not user friendly in my opinion, as circumstances of any individuals can change. This will only mean that I have to waste the rest of my current subscription period.

Asos advent calendar
Asos advent calendar idea, in November you’d fill out a quiz on preferences and sizing. Then every day in December, the app could notify you of your advent present, which is a recommended item you purchase. It could be, the item in that size is reserved for you all day to decide whether to purchase it, and free next day delivery. To make the advent calendar more affordable, maybe all items are half price or something?

Bigger sizes for all women’s heels (US 13-15)
There should be bigger sizes such as Women’s US 12 to 15 for new and currently existing women’s heels in ASOS. This would give men the opportunity to express themselves in heels if they have a hard time searching for stores that don’t have certain high heels or boots in their shoe sizes.

Lessen the custom duty fees
I bought $250 worth of clothing and i paid $102 custom duty fees!!! Make it canadian-user friendly. The charges are way too much which makes other people to use this app less often.

Size guides for ASOS curve
ASOS curve don’t have size guides, I had mistakes with sizes couple of times, so I think it will help to avoid a lot of returns.

Item review
Dear Asos, item review/rating is really putting me off. I believe you would have more reviews if you offer in describing section answers to choose. “Too big”, “not as in the picture”. You are requiring from us to put a title and write down constructive review, and not offering anything in return. This takes some time. You’ll have to reduce time invested in giving reviews or offer some kind of reward for doing that. Best regards.

Search size filter
The filter does not have a search column by size. It's very inconvenient: look through each product to find your size. There used to be such a function in the application, but now it is not. Add plz

Feature
When people filter items and choose the brands they want to see, it’s hectic that each time they need to reselect their fav brands. For this issue we can add a feature in the filters “my older selection” when users click on it automatically their last selected brands or criterias will be selected without going by detail to each criteria

Give us the option to award products we have bought!
This way we can give recognition and appreciation to the producer and motivate the work of people!
Some of the products I have bought from asos have been one of the best purchases I have ever made. I want to express my gratitude to the makers by awarding the product!

I just wanna see like an old basket that i just purchased cause i really wanna see when i bought those 3 items if i actually bought those shoes or not cause the basket removed 1 or 2 items.

Do not cooperate with Landmark Global
Do not cooperate with Landmark Global. Previously, I shopped in Asos as did my friends in Europe. Delivery is very fast and without any problems. Now I have moved to Canada and already 2 parcels (over $200) have been lost by the courier.
Guys, you are very cool and I'm extremely offended that due to a courier's mistake you can lose customers and, accordingly, income.
Stop working with Landmark Global, because reviews and bad customer experience affect Asos, not the courier.I hope you pay attention to this review and make the right decision. Thanks
