Your carrier APG is a Thief. And I won’t deal with you again till you make it right. My country tax is 17% AGP asked for 34%!! That’s crazy and not fair. After I see that- went to check and that’s allowed like that to ***** the customer. Very sad about your service. U gave me such evasive answers I felt like u think I’m stupid. Hope u will make it better.

Borrowing
Hi, I was just thinking… and how good would it be… if ASOS had warehouses dotted around the UK with like loads of different ‘new release’ or ‘top picks’ clothes (you would be able to check stock on the app/website before you visit if there was something in particular you had your eye on) and as part of your premier account you could go in, take what you want and bring it back within, I dunno maybe two weeks… you get say the first 5 items free, then each additional item is £5 to borrow. Then if you wanna keep…

Asos is behind on fashion trends
I think Asos should do a better job at staying on top of trends designer brands let the world know what’s coming a year ahead of time of the current season. That shouldn’t be so difficult. No brand does that around here. If someone did it, I’d be more likely to buy clothes. I haven’t shared this idea with anyone until now.

petite dress versions of the regular options
I’m petite but find all the petite dresses hideous. All the really lovely classy elegant dreamy dresses are only for regular/tall sizes. I seriously would buy all the dresses I like! Please have the same selections of dresses for petite as regular! I also wear shoe size US 4.5 and have found your shoes too big.

Review
Reviewing. I understand why you removed the ability to review any product on the website without having bought it first. However, I have to wait around for you to send me an email to review items which is very annoying and inconvenient. It would be a lot easier for their to either be a review tab on my profile where I can review any items I’ve bought, or add a link to review the item on the receipt page that already exists.
