Right order in new items
Asos used to show new items from new ones to older. Now it is very random and I even see on first places items which are not new at all and are there for some days already. Can you fix this somehow?

Notification Tags
It would be great if customers could create a tag and receive notifications for any new items added to the website under that tag. For example, a notification tag for new Wide Fit Shoes released on the website would be excellent because they sell out so fast.

Add banner on items you've already purchased
When you click on an item that you’ve already purchased, a message should come up saying “you purchased this on 1 Jan. Click here to see order”.
Some items look similar (eg jeans) and it’s a lot of effort to go back and check all of my orders to see if I’ve already ordered them at another time.
This is also better in terms of sustainability and returns on your end - it saves people ordering and returning the same thing twice not realising they’ve already purchased it!

i have a new jean concept which iv have for many years but still not one jean company has yet to design the perfect jean and mabe i have it so was wondering if a reward is given if the concept is used by asos ie a copyright fee paid on production just thought id ask

Put leg hem sizes on your product jean listings
many brands list jeans as slim , skinny regular /taper etc but the hem width does vary a lot between brands so if you have meaty calfs they could be hard to put on, in my opinion all brands should state the hem width like they use too as a regular hem with one brand might be smaller than another brand which i do find is oftain the case and should be stated on the product page,personally i was trying to compare the slim vs the skinny asos jeans so contacted live support but they didnt know the hem size…

I would love to have an AI assistant that will help me to pick up the items based on a style, image, similarity to previous purchases, availability of the suggested style Should be based on my sizes. I spend too much time on searching items, and I give up quickly because of the large variety on the app.

Fix payment issues
Fix existing payment issues. I haven’t been able to use Klarna/Clearpay etc for over 6 months. Every time I contact customer care they tell me they don’t know when this will be fixed. As a result I have cancelled my premier subscription and been buying directly from other retailers

Refund
Showing discounts on invoice per item as when refunded to bank account you know what item you have been refunded especially when there are several returns as having this issue at present not knowing what I’ve been refunded.

When returning items, please pay bak in time. On two last occasions I have had to contact you to get refunded. Not cool!
Developing the return process so customers don't have to make contact in every return to get their money as promised

Item in your size is beeing held at the moment
If the size of the item is out if stock it would help a great deal to see an active list of them beeing in someone elses bag but not yet checked out. No guarantee if it will be checked out fully or not. Just to see if any/how many are in baga but not fully checked out

Why did you remove the curve tab? If anything now, if I apply filters to actually get curve sizes, I don’t think it’s actually returning true results - or you guys are just doing 100 percent less in the curve section now. Bring it back!

Make student discount code available everywhere
Make the student discount code not dependant on the shipping adress. Mine isn’t working because I’m not based in the same country as my university. I study remotely, so there is no need for me to be near a campus. I’m sure I’m not the only one in this situation and it’s unfair that I can’t use my code because it doesn’t match my delivery adress.
