  2. New Style Idea

    Asos needs more culture fashion representation, the app just seems so bland now. I’d love to see more colors, vintage and warmth especially with summer right around the corner. I would like to see more latin and mediterranean fashion on here!

  5. preview of items

    Please add a preview button on items. This would make browsing quicker. Having to open a new window or tab to check to see what sizes/colors are available is time-consuming.

  6. Could you link or connect the same items in regular and plus sizes?

    That way you would make it easier to see if the item also comes in plus size or the reverse 😁 especially if you see an add for clothing in straight size, its quite hard to find out if the item also comes in plus size

  7. Final Sale returns

    Dear ASOS,
    Thank you for this platform.
    My idea is that final sale items should not include items that are over $25. It is wasteful both financially and environmentally not to be able to return an expensive item when it doesn't fit. Maybe final sale items can have a shorter return policy or credited towards an asos gift card, but the option to return them should be available.
    I appreciate your consideration.

  9. Please return delivery options to Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries.

    Delivery was once free when ordering to Kazakhstan, then you made it unreasonably expensive, and now it’s completely gone. Ordering directly via ASOS was unpopular not because it’s not liked here in ROK, it’s just simply because you chose to partner with a unaffordable delivery service which ruined the point of ASOS for many people - being able to afford amazing clothes for reasonable prices. Please reconsider this! We’re a rapidly developing country with a big demand for partnering with big international companies, and I’m sure you can find a better delivery service to partner with.   11. Tall range

    Over the years asos tall range has been going down hill, we need tops, bodysuits, workout clothes and jeans but all I’ve seen lately has been tall shorts, like really? Someone at your purchasing team needs sacking! No tall person is thinking - you know what I want? Tall shorts! We need good basic tall range!!!

  12. Emptying cart

    STOP EMPTYING MY CART AFTER 1 HOUR! It’s so annoying and is a put off! I’m sick of getting busy with kids and checking and everything is gone! So frustrating. ASOS is the only place I know that does it!

    App needs to to back to having a plus size/curve tab. It is hard to find things the way it is now. Also, I like to browse all, which isn't possible atm.

  15. A buy now ship later option

    It would be great to have the option of purchasing an item now when it is available and ship later. Sometimes, I find an item that I want to buy but I cannot ship just one item. It would be nice if we can accumulate items we bought and send it in one shipment.

    Please can you do tall outdoor wear such as waterproof trousers in 36/38 leg. They literally do not exist anywhere!

  17. Tall

    There seem to be so many trousers in tall that don’t state the inside leg measurement. Knowing the height of the model is no use as i know people same height as me who have shorter legs. Inside leg and arm length are the first thing i am looking for as these are what make clothes fit! Please state the leg length which for tall should really be 36/38 as other lengths are available in regular. Will save a lot of sending back!

  18. Delivery company

    For Irish customers, you need to stop using Fastways. Next day delivery is taking 3 days and they just abandon your package somewhere on your doorstep and walk away. No knock on the door. Not to mention that the parcel is battered to bits too. Useless delivery company. Please go back to using DHL, at least they were reliable!

  19. Browse ALL clothing by body type

    Please go back to being able to look at ALL clothes and then filter by body type. Now you have to choose 'tops' or 'dress' or only browse new items. I want to be able to look at all clothing styles together and be able to filter to body type i.e. plus size

  20. Tall selection

    The main collection continues to recieve new in style items, but Tall just gets a few dresses, why can't Tall have the tube skirts? Or a nice co-ords outfit that doesn't look like something our mothers would wear! Low rise or flare jeans are no where to be found, tube skirts forget about it, and the dresses we get to choose from are just so blah compared to the main collection.. why not expand the main new styles to Tall as well?
