    Please include in the returns section (found under accounts) details, confirmation and date of any refund. This is missing and it would be really good to have it logged, making refunds easier to check / trace.

  7. Size exchange

    Size exchange,
    Let’s say I bought an item in a sale price,
    I received the item and I found out that the size is wrong.

    Now let’s say that the sale is done and I still want to enjoy the price that I received during the sale

    In order to fix this I think you should allow your customer to order the same item no matter what the price is and then return the To be refunded at the lowest price.

    The return note should have a checkbox for size exchange item.

  8. Back in stock item should be reserved for those who purchased but received wrong item

    back in stock items should be reserved for those who purchased but received wrong item from ASOS. Its unfair that i ordered the same item 3 times and got wrong item sent to me all 3 times, but the item went out of stock each time after i purchased, and they wont let me ask for replacement coz it was out of stock, i had to do refund and wait til the item gets re-stocked and buy again.

    Refund 💸

    I think it should be a refund category maybe under orders / let’s say you returned half of your order, when ASOS gets it back it should show under that order the exact articles that are back and how much refund it gives you / or voucher if not on time / and offer you maybe similar products to buy instead .

    But my point is that it should say somewhere / hey these articles are back and here is your money !

    Just to calm down the customer ☁️

    Can you have an exchange policy. If i want to returne something, it should be a refund and exchange because when i get thing during the sale i just want to exchange not refound so i can get a same discount.

    Can you make it so can print our own labels. It’s a nightmare getting to the post office especially at the moment. If could print them off ourselves can use the parcel drop boxes that are popping up everywhere.

    Måste faktiskt ge er ett lågt omdöme pågrund av att ni inte skickar med en retur lapp! Ni kan inte förvänta er att man som kund har möjlighet att skriva ut retur lappen själv! Riktigt dåligt måste jag säga!

  14. App suggestion

    So when I make a big order and I’m trying to decide what I’m keeping and what to return and what I need to order a different size of. It can be difficult to keep track of which one is which. So which I’m keeping, which I’m returning and which one I want a different size of. So I think a really helpful addition would be a notes section in part of the order summary. Where you can make notes next to each item you ordered for your own use. This would be so helpful.

  17. Creating a return

    There should be some way to re-do your ‘return’ and to be able to create a new one if you went wrong The first time. I have had trouble with this for the past week as I selected the wrong drop-off point whilst creating my return. however, once selected you can’t go back and now I’m worried I won’t get a refund. This needs to be changed, as it makes it really difficult for people to shop online.

  19. Reason for return, Got a discounted price.

    In the return reasons options, please add if someone is returning an item because they got a better deal. So if i ordered a dress which was not on discount earlier and now it is on 50% discount, I would like any to return and buy the dress again on discount. Rather you can allow us the discounted price, in case my purchased item is eligible for return, and provide me the balance in Asos wallet when I try to return the item. This would save time for both customer and ASOS.
