QR code for US returns
It would be great to be able to scan a QR code at UPS instead of making customers print and tape return labels. Waste of materials! Amazon does this and he’s great.

A returns section for those living on the IOM because the drop off search system does not work for our Manx post codes
A returns section for people who live on the IOM as the drop off selection method doesn’t work for us as our postcodes start im2 also we do not use QR code so the ability to print out your own returns slip would be ideal or just putting the returns slip in with the clothes?

Copy and paste - order number
Allow the order numbers to be copy and pasted, to make it easier when scheduling returns for collection

Update the My Orders section when an order has been refunded
Update in the My Orders section when an order has been refunded
If only part of an order has been refunded, there should be a section for ‘Amount Refunded’ and the items which have been refunded should be highlighted somehow
It would make it so much easier for customers to see what items they have kept and how much they have actually spent

Returns and refunds
Tracking returns and when you’ve been actually refunded could do with more info on the app. I was trying to figure out when I was refunded for weeks only to see that the transaction has been processed at the beginning of the month: when I checked the order it would say “refunded” just pass me to a returns window. This made me attempt to contact you multiple times to no avail.

It would be nice to bring back the return slip inside the packaging. It’s sometimes too hard to keep printing a return slip. Please consider this. Thank you

LIVE CHAT ISSUE
Your chat agent - I don’t know if it is an actual human person or a robot - took 40 minutes to tell me that they essentially couldn’t even fix my query. The transcript was so poor so honestly please put more effort into your live chat services because I am such a loyal customer but this has really let me down

Returns, change a drop off point
Why don’t you improve return process for your customers? It’s impossible to change a drop off point after you get the code! My drop off place I chose doesn’t have a printer! And I had to talk to customer service who arranged Hermes pick up and they never showed up! 2 days of waiting at home without any notice or explanation of this delay! Extremely disappointing first experience with ASOS ...

Returns
Recently your company decided to get rid of return labels in order to help cut back on waste which is great but it really puts people at a disadvantage who don’t have access to a printer/computer/wifi all the time. I think it would be awesome if you had an option to have a return label included in the package if you thought you would need one.

Multiple order returns
Hi
I often return items from multiple orders but have to return items individually as this is the only feature, you should create a multi order returns option.
For example - are all your returns form the same order, yes or no.
If yes select the items and get one barcode, it’ll save on packages and create less waste4 votes
