  2. When using ASOS webpage I can easly make a return, but on the app it makes a never ending circle

    When I try to create a return from the ASOS webpage I always press “My orders” and then I see all of my orders and a button to “create return”. It is so easy.

    But when I am trying to do the same thing in the ASOS app it is not the same. I click on the certain order what I want to return, then I press “I want to create a return” and then it asks where I want to create return, I pick the option and it brings back me to the all orders it is like never…

  3. Return label options

    Please give option to print our own label so we can post parcel in street posting box. It is inconvenient to go to post office to print with QR code, due to operating hours!!!

  4. Ability to change returns carrier in the app

    It would be nice if we could change the carrier for returns. If I originally chose Hermes and their machine ain't working and then if I go to a nearby Royal Mail, I'm not able to change the carrier in the app. It has to done through customer services but it would be convenient if the functionality was added to the app to change it instantly to another courtier

  8. A return option that the item doesn’t fit in the bust area

    Some items of clothing fit perfectly but are either too large or too tight specifically in the bust. By telling ASOS that a particular item isnt suitable for a particular chest size would allow more options to be created in the fuller bust range.

  9. Customer service

    I feel that the returns can be made easier as the user has to drop off near a location. It doesn’t make sense to use online order tools than. The return and cash back for the clothes takes way too long for reorder or refund. Since people order for certain occasions it’s pointless to wait for 20 days to get your new clothes. This is frustrating for a customer indeed.

    idk for some reason they’ve returned the money and the order is 1 week later abs they’ve took a 2 weeks to deliver it so I don’t get the service

    Stop using hermes and tell your customer service how to treat customers been trying to resolve an issue for days ! Been told three different things and still have no resolution! How can I escalate this ?

    Show prices when you place a return. So it’s all in black and white and I know what to expect in my bank in stead of having to do the maths and triple check you’ve put the correct funds in my account.

  13. Add order number on items when selecting items to return

    Hi guys. So when i wanna return an item or 6, its difficult to know what order theyre from on the create return page as the order number doesnt show next to the item, its just a list of items. What if i have multiple items which are the same from different orders but i want to return specific items from specific orders? Its hard to know which ones to choose because: there's no order number next to the item number. Hope you get me and implement this asap. Cheers devs :-)

  15. Its absolutely pathetic that regular customer can not get in contact with you about a return.

    It's absolutely pathetic that customers have no way of contacting you, its been three weeks and yet still no refund on any of my returns.

    Please include labels again. Im very busy and work almost everyday. I don't have a printer and dont need to buy a printer because i don't print anything. Please include printed labels even if its a paid extra it would save me lots of time, gas (driving to library to print asos returns), and energy.

  18. Cancel a return button

    If a customer would like to cancel a return request it would be great to see a cancel return or cancel return request button in the ASOS Application & also on the website. This would ensure that the item or items have not been dropped off on the way back or even lost. I realise that their is tracking on the returns but it would stop the return straight away. So possibly no confusion at a later date or to see the return sitting around in the Application for weeks :-)

  19. MAKE CANADIAN RETURNS FREE OR HELLA CHEAPER

    Y’all are losing money because I would buy SO much more if I knew that I wouldn’t need to invest an extra $20 just to send it back!! Customer service is completely **** on that end for Canada, especially since sizing varies greatly by brand. PLEASE FIX THIS INSANE FEE!!

  20. Free Canadian Returns

    I am so tired of having to pay $22.40 for a single return. I often only have to return one thing from different packages, but am forced to pay just to create a returns note. This is very unfair to Canadians. Please offer prepaid returns.
