  1. Fairness. If you use a promocode then make a (round about) exchange you should be give the same discount regardless of current codes

    Exchanges need to be a thing here. Especially if your not going to give the same discounted price on the same item!

  3. Promo code

    If a return takes an order under the threshold for a promo code, ex £150 for asos20, add asos15 to the remainder of the order rather than take everything off. Returning £60 worth of items and getting £7 is not cool at all, and t&cs and all that blah blah, but still, I’ve just ended up sending the whole lot back and won’t be ordering for a while. There’s better ways of dealing with good customers.

    You need a returns section in the my account , absolute nightmare to return something really off putting as a customer , each return shoukd be logged and be able to trace during return through a returns section ,

  6. Returns

    Bring back the ability to print Royal Mail returns label at home.

    The QR code is useful but not always. If I have multiple returns it’s hard to keep track of what code is for what parcel.

    Also, Royal Mail offer a free collection service but they can only collect when there is a label, not with the QR code. The post man is travelling to my property anyway but I’m having to drive to the post office as well which is worse for the environment than a printed bit of paper.

    Why is your return period not 30 days???? 28 days is stupid. And I want longer time frame to get a refund too.

  8. More info regarding returned refunded items in app

    Does anyone even bother reading these feedbacks and ideas? Several similar feedbacks left and I'm not surprised as it's an obvious impassioned and flaw yet still the problem exists. Its FUNDAMENTAL to have returns marked against every single item ordered and a notification its been refunded. Other online sites do this...why doesn't asos? It's not enough to only get an email. This return/refunded info needs to be in the order or returns section. Come on, get yourselves sorted please!!

    It's been almost a month since I return 2 dresses and you havent't refund my money back yet after so many days. I know for sure that they were delivered to you since december 2nd. So, how long do I have to wait for my money back?

    Asos are the bandits, the dishonest. I don't think it's normal that he can't be reached by phone 📞. I ordered a set of things from them and they came in 02 packages but I sent them back in a package 📦 inadvertently. I reported this to ASOS and they validated it but strangely they did not change this status on Klarna. And for several months now I have only been complaining about them in vain but unfortunately.....and I no longer had the correct tracking number received by mail so Klarna could not help me.   11. hire competent employees to process returns

    The staff are absolutely useless and have not processed my return and I've had to get in touch multiple times but still nothing. Very quick to take money but will make you suffer for a refund.

  12. Russians are still waiting for their return money back! Please figure something out, it’s been 10 months!

    Me, along with a great number of Russian customers, had made a return of goods beginning of March 2022, what happened then is history, but, frankly, it’s quite shocking how reluctant official asos is to provide any info on when and how we can get out money back.   13. Select order number

    When I have to speak to a customer service agent and they ask my for my order or return number, I am not able to highlight and copy it in the app. It would be useful to be able to highlight and copy it or have “copy” functionality for order numbers and returns numbers.

    We should continue to try and make ASOS as environmentally friendly as possible. We could give incentives to customers to return their clothes quicker. I know I can sometimes take up to two weeks to return something when we all know as soon as we get a parcel we turn it on the same day! If you offer 10% discount code or some money back off their order they are more likely to return quicker. This helps reduce stock waste as fashion is very fast moving!   16. Return goods

    Recently PayPal has canceled the free return service in Israel. This means that each time I return an item I need to pay at least 10$.
    I would like to have a free return option or a significant discount on returning items.
    Otherwise this will be the last time I purchase from ASOS.

  17. Returns store times

    For return locations: app shows store opening hours, not the days/hours they are willing to accept parcels. I’ve just walked 45 min to a store only to be told they don’t accept returns on a Sunday. This happens so frequently and is infuriating

  18. Collection centers

    I wished you had delivery centers where you can pick up your package and there should be dressing rooms so you can try it on and then return,exchange,order a different size. Similar delivery centers Ikea has only you would have also dressing rooms.
