  6. Online returns

    Shops are struggling with returning items. Yesterday one shop told me they couldn’t do it, after persisting she had to print a receipt that got placed in a plastic pocket and stuck on the package, seems to defeat the object where the environment is concerned. Previously the post office told me the barcode generated couldn’t be scanned from the app( I had taken also taken a screenshot of the code) He wanted me to access my emails, inconveniently there was no signal where the shop is located.
    Go back to providing us with the labels, they only have to print…

    In the orders tab, make it apparent to the consumer how long they have until they can no longer request a return.

  12. Saved items categorisation

    Separate men’s and women’s saved items, or find a way to add items to a board but remove them from the saved items. This is useful for presents for my boyfriend & others which I want to separate from my own stuff

    It used to be much easier to find the ‘Create a return’ option in My Account. I end up having to Google it because it’s not clearly linked from an order.

  17. Returning orders

    Returning is very inconvenient you need to print out the label, pack everything and drop off, i don't have a printer and I don't have a tape so now i need to waste time and find those things and waste time.
    You should do it like amazon, drop off at ups is free, no package or printing labels needed.
    Make it easy for your customers, i want to shop but most of the times sizes are not right and i need to waste extra time and money on returning.

  19. Better feedback on returns

    Give me a better way to feedback on why I have returned a product. The current system on the returns slip is far too restrictive.

    I recently bought some boots that I loved but they wouldn’t fit because the design needed a minor tweak (by a couple of millimetres) but as far as you know there was just a size issue. How do you learn from that? How do you help reduce returns with just that info?
