I've always has this issue with asos for mailing address to shipping address. It declines my order when I but a different shipping address and keep but my mailing address . I believe that needs to be adjusted i tried over 6 times and it declined

App requires me to use Chrome now
Hi. It seems that the newest version of the app launches and requires me to use Google Chrome to log in which I had left unused in my phone's memory. In all the years I have been using your app I have been able to log in fine without it. I may represent a small minority of your users by being unwilling to use Chrome, but if I have to choose between having Google's browser imposed on me and not using your app, I will be forced to choose the latter.

Refer a friend
The “refer a friend” feature should be available from the sidebar/settings page of the app. Currently I want to refer a friend since ASOS is my favorite fashion, but I can only refer a friend from the confirmations page of a purchase, which isn’t very user friendly. Ultimately I won’t be able to refer them until I make a new purchase.

Bug cannot sign in past robot verify button
I cannot sign up !! the robot page on your website you get directed to , does not work!! I cannot click verify as It just selected and deselected a picture in the second row ... tried signing in with email and Facebook, both have the same problem. ( cannot report as bug as email can’t be verified ...)

No need such high security.
Please do not make me verify I am not a robot and go through that matching challenge. I did it 3 times and was kicked out of the system and forced to change password. I just wanna buy some stuff, not withdraw a million dollars!!!??

Face ID
I am randomly, at times, logged out of my account and asked to sign in. I think the option to have Face ID would be great as passwords are outdated and having to go through a ‘forgot my password’ process is extremely annoying. Face ID !!!!!
