ASOS joint account
Make joint ASOS accounts for couples! My boyfriend and I order all of the time for each other and it would be great to use the ASOS premium that I pay for but for both of us! It would save us a lot of hassle and I’m sure we would order a lot more that way

new feature in SETTINGS
Be able to save our body fit in SETTINGS, and not in filter. It’s annoying to filter again and again every time we want to look at cloths. A person, the majority of the time, has the same body fit «all his life »

Bug cannot sign in past robot verify button
I cannot sign up !! the robot page on your website you get directed to , does not work!! I cannot click verify as It just selected and deselected a picture in the second row ... tried signing in with email and Facebook, both have the same problem. ( cannot report as bug as email can’t be verified ...)

30 minute lockout when typing incorrect password is unnecessary
Sign in page locks you out when you type your password wrong twice. Says it happens after 3 attempts but happened after 2 attempts for me. Why is this necessary? It’s not the Bank of England I’m trying to log in to, it’s ASOS!!

Security and Passwords
I keep finding things in my saved items section that I didn’t add there and so I changed my password on my laptop but it hasn’t asked me to re-login on my phone which is problematic to me security-wise.
I’d feel reassured if it did ask me to log in again on my phone or if there was at least an option to sign out of all devices!

I made an order from the credit of my mother and also my sister after a few hours I enter the site and it blocked me the user would love to know if the credit is charged and what about the order?

why do i have to always sign in when i go on the app.i have my passwords saved on my phone but for some reason it always says it’s incorrect.
i don’t remember the password i use for asos because ive had to change it so many times because this app has a ridiculous amount of security for no reason.its a clothes app not a bank i dont think the boots i have on my wishlist need more security than princess diana had2 votes -

I haven’t received some of my clothes due to not having Signing up for delivery package
I live in America, I love ordering clothes from this site but I have been unlucky twice & haven’t received some of my clothes. I wish this app can give an option where I would have to SIGN for my delivery so the FedEx workers wouldn’t leave my delivery on sidewalks for people to steal
