do not take me to the website when I try to sign in. Just let me write my email and password in on the app.

Logging in
Log in with simple email and password. I can’t figure out how to change cookies so I just get “oops” message whenever I try to login as it can’t connect to my browser or something. Therefore the app is useless to me as I can’t add anything to my bag.

User friendly sign in (plus sizing innovation)
I sent a bug report about sign in issues, if I don’t come on this app for a week it’ll make me sign back in and it’s a process that makes the interface a bit unwelcoming. To make it user friendly could it just stay signed in?? If not could you guys add face recognition. I know it’s easier said than done but I’m sure there is a way you could set it up with Apple. I hate social media but I wouldn’t mind the experience of opening the app and being able to search right for what I’m looking…

Can you please stop the process of having to re-loggin if the app hasn’t been used for a few days. Should just always stay signed in no matter how many days you haven’t opened the app!

Stop logging people out of the app. I have to change my password every single time I come on because of this. Or let people have the same password again if they change it.

App accessibility
My ASOS app won’t allow me to log into my app it only allows me log into the website so I cannot access my account through the app. Please make this more accessible as if there is a way to do so it isn’t easily available for customers.

Be able to save our body fit in SETTINGS, and not in filter. It’s annoying to filter again and again every time we want to look at cloths. A person, the majority of the time, has the same body fit «all his life »

Idea to improve the App
Hello,
I hope you are doing well.
I just wanted to share my personal opinion to improve the app, which is to add more security to it. What i really mean by this is that why you guys don't try adding a fingerprint unlock for someone to open the app. Because since we have added our personal information in this app and if someone knows the password of your phone they can easily access to your details and also use out card to purchase things juat by changing addresses.
