Notify customers when items at door

My customer shopping experience within ASOS is not satisfactory, I would like to make you aware I don’t have a bell or intercom as I’m living in apartment block based in Dublin Ireland. This is very distressing because I am in all day to await for my item and I receive leaflet by An Póst to say item to be collected it’s out of my way I’ve travel for that with my child so I’ve suggested this with your team on your rating app but I really do feel this should be dealt with properly for when customers buy items. If you could add a customer note before checkout service for the currier to be acknowledged that there to ring a telephone number once at door So we both know what approach to take next. I think In this day in age we can all communicate little better and we have the technology to do so can we please make move on this step as I’ve mentioned this is a problem for myself and I’m sure others have experienced this problem before your well known company ASOS I’m sure you can add a new solution for customers whom share their personal shopping experience I would like to see more communication been be added upon deliveries and for all customers to have little or no more notice when delivery is on arrival!
