  1. Currency conversion

    Prices in euro are considerably above Currency exchange rates. The option to buy in sterling to benefit from actual currency exchange rate has been removed. The incentive to buy from Asos has diminished because of this.
    Reinstate option to buy in Sterling or ....have fair prices in euro.

  2. Save out of stock products

    Ability to save an out of stock product! When someone shares something on socials and links it, can’t add it to my saved items or turn on out of stock notifications. Have to remember to come back to it or open it in my web browser and keep checking. Must lose so many sales from this!

  3. Stop removing items from my bag

    I get that items are reserved for an hour, that’s cool but I feel like the bag should just have items in there until I remove them. I’m quite happy for items to be no longer reserved for me after an hour but it feels like the concepts of reservation and bag have been combined but in reality, they’re two different things.

    If I come back 2 hours later and the items are no longer reserved, but still in stock: great - I can just checkout and all is well. If things are out of stock, then fine: you snooze…

  4. Bring back the Option to pay in GBP

    Please bring back to option of paying in GBP for Irish customers. I earn GBP however my home is in the Ireland. It is ridiculous we know longer have the option to pay in the currency we want. The prices of items in euro are crazy and with the current climate it’s unfair to ask us to pay that. I did all my clothes shopping on ASOS but I will no longer do so if I can’t pay GBP. Other websites are allowing to pay in GBP and if this doesn’t change with ASOS I will be buying directly off…

  5. GBP to EUR

    Please bring back the option for Irish customers to be able to buy in GBP. The price difference is massive, without this I will probably no longer shop at ASOS. I could save up to €20 on some purchases, I will not continue to buy at ASOS if my orders are going to be so much more expensive.

  8. Filter by material!!

    Other online shops like Zalando make it possible to filter for a material. For this reason I prefer buying at Zalando. I only like 100% cotton and most of the stuff at ASOS is cheap polyester. I’d like to be able to filter for 100% cotton! At Zalando they have “cotton” and “100% cotton” as filters. Else I have to look up the material separately for each item and then at some point I just end up getting frustrated and close the app.

  9. Republic of Ireland customers should be given the previous option before App update, of payment in GBP

    Republic of Ireland customers being given the previous option before App update of payment in either Euro or GBP. Too expensive with Euro only option. Cheaper options available on high street or other online companies. Vote people of ROI!

  10. Get ratings on your saved items

    Add the ability to allow your friends and family with ASOS accounts to vote yes or no to individual items or items in your Saved Items, in-app. This would be a much nicer and neater (and less annoying) alternative to sending your partner for example countless "What do you think of this?" links for different products. The user can then quickly see what their friends thought of their choices, which will help the buying decision and may result in a lower rate of return.

  11. Please return delivery options to Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries.

    Delivery was once free when ordering to Kazakhstan, then you made it unreasonably expensive, and now it’s completely gone. Ordering directly via ASOS was unpopular not because it’s not liked here in ROK, it’s just simply because you chose to partner with a unaffordable delivery service which ruined the point of ASOS for many people - being able to afford amazing clothes for reasonable prices. Please reconsider this! We’re a rapidly developing country with a big demand for partnering with big international companies, and I’m sure you can find a better delivery service to partner with.   13. Delivery company

    For Irish customers, you need to stop using Fastways. Next day delivery is taking 3 days and they just abandon your package somewhere on your doorstep and walk away. No knock on the door. Not to mention that the parcel is battered to bits too. Useless delivery company. Please go back to using DHL, at least they were reliable!

  14. Emptying cart

    STOP EMPTYING MY CART AFTER 1 HOUR! It’s so annoying and is a put off! I’m sick of getting busy with kids and checking and everything is gone! So frustrating. ASOS is the only place I know that does it!

  15. Reward points for reviewing purchased items

    There should be a point reward system for leaving helpful reviews on items that are purchased. The points should count as store credit and would be mutually beneficial as they would add up with more purchases made and more reviews left. In addition, reviews can greatly affect if I purchase an item or not so it would be helpful if there were more to see.

  17. A buy now ship later option

    It would be great to have the option of purchasing an item now when it is available and ship later. Sometimes, I find an item that I want to buy but I cannot ship just one item. It would be nice if we can accumulate items we bought and send it in one shipment.

  20. Add banner on items you've already purchased

    When you click on an item that you’ve already purchased, a message should come up saying “you purchased this on 1 Jan. Click here to see order”.

    Some items look similar (eg jeans) and it’s a lot of effort to go back and check all of my orders to see if I’ve already ordered them at another time.

    This is also better in terms of sustainability and returns on your end - it saves people ordering and returning the same thing twice not realising they’ve already purchased it!
