Show the return value in the returns section
The returns section needs to show the purchase price that’s being refunded (ie: if a discount was applied then the discounted amount should be shown, not the original price)

Stop removing items from my bag
I get that items are reserved for an hour, that’s cool but I feel like the bag should just have items in there until I remove them. I’m quite happy for items to be no longer reserved for me after an hour but it feels like the concepts of reservation and bag have been combined but in reality, they’re two different things.
If I come back 2 hours later and the items are no longer reserved, but still in stock: great - I can just checkout and all is well. If things are out of stock, then fine: you snooze…

Currency conversion
Prices in euro are considerably above Currency exchange rates. The option to buy in sterling to benefit from actual currency exchange rate has been removed. The incentive to buy from Asos has diminished because of this.
Reinstate option to buy in Sterling or ....have fair prices in euro.30 votes -

Save out of stock products
Ability to save an out of stock product! When someone shares something on socials and links it, can’t add it to my saved items or turn on out of stock notifications. Have to remember to come back to it or open it in my web browser and keep checking. Must lose so many sales from this!

Delivery to Kazakhstan
You had delivery to Kazakhstan. Even with unreasonably high delivery prices it still was ok. But now you are writing that you are not delivering to Russia. And that is ok! Don't deliver to Russia, but KAZAKHSTAN IS NOT RUSSIA! Google it, open the map, and learn geography! We are not any part of Russia, we are a separate Independent country! We've been for many years colonized for many years by Russia, but 33 years ago we became a separate independent country! Your message at check-out when I try to order to Kazakhstan address, that "you don't deliver to Russia"…

A filter for materials!!!
I would love to be able to filter the materials I want clothes to be made out of! I only buy cotton, viscose and linen, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to find out which dresses fit my expectations quickly, so I have to go through hundreds of dresses to find a few made out of natural materials. I need to be able to filter for this.

Bring back the Option to pay in GBP
Please bring back to option of paying in GBP for Irish customers. I earn GBP however my home is in the Ireland. It is ridiculous we know longer have the option to pay in the currency we want. The prices of items in euro are crazy and with the current climate it’s unfair to ask us to pay that. I did all my clothes shopping on ASOS but I will no longer do so if I can’t pay GBP. Other websites are allowing to pay in GBP and if this doesn’t change with ASOS I will be buying directly off…

Customer care rating
You should be able to rate your experience and interaction after dealing with the customer care team. Then that feedback should be displayed on their account for their bosses to be able to see what their works like to see whether they are actually good at their job. Hopefully this would then help remove the rude staff that dont know how to add the care part to customer care.

Sorting items by Material
I love natural materials and would love to sort the selection you have by the material (linen, cotton, viscose, etc.)
But I guess it will never happen as Asos Design uses mainly polyester and you want to make a buck too.
