1. The name of my mailing locatikn

   Hi, I am an ASOS user from an island located called Taiwan. I am aware that this might seem like your issue but I still want to give it a try.

   My country used to be the government of current location, China called the Republic of China (ROC) formed in 1911. Yet, we were overthrown by the rise of communist and retreat to Taiwan in 1949. Then the new government created their own country called the People's Republic of China (PRC) in 1949.

   The part I don't really understand is why do you think we are China? The location in my delivery is stated as ’Taiwan, China’. Made it sound like ROC and PRC are all China. Just like I don't think UK will be happy to be called EU.

   Therefore, please either leave Taiwan as Taiwan or put ’Taiwan, ROC’ as our full name. Thank you for your attention and consideration. I hope I can shop and receive my package happily ever after.

2. DOKU WALLET as the payment method

4. Password!

   I think it is so stupid how you have now made me Have to have a 18 letter password!
   I go to sign in and it tells me
   “ you either have the incorrect email, or your password is incorrect”
   When I havnt got the incorrect password neither have I put in the wrong email. Sort it out. It’s bloody STUPID!

10. Clothing and overs store

    I miss the ASOS of 2016-2017..you guys had so much stylish stuff out of the ordinary and very simple. But things have change recently it’s even hard for me to purchase anything from the store. Could you guys go back to the way you guys started ?

11. Bad delivery

    Please stop using Fedex it’s so bad in my area and if you continue to use fedex you will me as a customer . For over 3 days my package hasn’t been delivered. Since 27th of January my package hasn’t been delivered . You will lose me as a customer if you continue to use fedex . I am very angry with you guys both fedex and ASOS

16. Improvements

    • Wishing list/Favourites should be unlimited (never runs out and never refreshes - keeps erasing saves/favs) should stop.
    •Shopping basket shouldn’t refresh and erase what was saved in there(basically no time limit) keep forgetting what need to buy. If out of stock it should stay I no basket and just be ‘greyed out’ or something saying ‘out of stock’ so we know what needs to be substituted.
    •Definitely alert button with a choice of ‘automatically’ or ‘manually’ to say if we want a ‘reminder’ or ‘notification’ when back in stock. So that we can re-add back to our list. Either either!
    •I know i said before but UNLIMITED SAVES/FAVOURITES LIST!!!
    •and NO DELETING OUR BASKET ITEMS REGARDLESS OF BEING OUT OF STOCK :))

    Other than that.., This apps great! ;)

17. Mailbox or parcel

    It would be super helpful if you guys could tell if the parcel is fitting through the mailbox. DHL says only the day they’re coming, not really a time frame. I took a day off to be home only to see it coming through the mailbox. It was not pretty.
