   To NOT put men modelling womens feminine clothing - in the “new in” women’s section there’s a masculine man wearing a women’s corset top. It’s not going to make women want to buy. I’m mortified

2. Arranging the boards

   I love the boards. It's so helpful having them. I feel they would be even better if you could arrange the items inside a board. For example I have a "Weddings" board with multiple dresses, shoes bags. I'd love to arrange the clothes next to the accessories to visually see if they go together instead of scrolling up and down to see if colours match 😊

   Been paying for premier for a long time now, never known it to be so unreliable. Not a single item is delivered on time, it’s starting to feel like ASOS premier is a waste of time and money

   Tried to vote on another idea but wasn’t working for some reason… I agree when looking at white clothes I’m turning my brightness all the way up to really see the dress. Needs contrast in the background so that the item can pop out itself rather than having to really squint in addition to the white background behind.

11. Notification category for gift cards/ voucher expiry

    Would really appreciate it if Asos added a notification category for registered gift cards/vouchers that customers can enable from their account to allow a notification reminder to be sent from the app when a voucher is nearing its expiration date (a month/week or definitely at least a day before the expiry). I am aware that Asos has extended gift voucher validity to 24 months which is certainly reasonable and the expiry date is clearly visible on the voucher but I, like most people, am forgetful 🤦🏽‍♀️ And as a customer, I would really appreciate and feel valued to be given the reminder to use my gift.

    I am sad that this is now the second gift voucher that has expired which is why I'm here suggesting the idea. The first time I did actually remember to use the voucher but returned the item. The credit was added back as a voucher and I forgot to redeem it again, after the initial return. Made a mental note that I was not going to let that happen again but I did 😡 Both gift vouchers from my manager and both wasted ☹️ I know that it is my responsibility but I just missed out on the expiry date again, so a reminder alert would be nice!

    I am also aware that most companies make money from unused vouchers but I think Asos is missing a trick here. My gift vouchers were not of high value and I know if I had seen an email and/or notification, I would've definitely browsed on the app and bought items I probably didn't really need (which is why I delayed using the vouchers in the first place) just to use the voucher in time. And I am certain that I, like most consumers, would spend more than the vouchers are worth especially when there is a small remaining balance. So yes Asos, please add this notification option, send tailored emails/texts about utilising unused vouchers on saved items and abandoned baskets to those who are subscribed. We'd love to see it and the traffic on the app/site from a voucher reminder wouldn't hurt 😉

14. Revive ASOS menswear!

    I feel like ASOS has gone downhill in the past two years, especially for menswear. There’s rarely anything new, and when there is, it’s kinda meh.

    2021 was a good year for menswear on ASOS: there was a great variety of clothes including shirts, underwear, pyjamas and the ASOS design lounge pants which have been a consistent favourite of mine, the green space print lounge pants were really comfy and stylish; I’d buy several more pairs if I could, but I haven’t seen them since.

    I’d like to suggest jazzing up the menswear and taking on board some of the suggestions that have thoughtfully been put forward by customers. Here are some items I’d personally love to see back on the digital shelves;
    •Mens pyjama sets, maybe something classic and comfy like
    tartan pans with a henley t shirt

    •Briefs (underwear, preferably in different colours). Boxers are good, but they’re not for all of us. Get some briefs on the shelves, please - especially in this weather :’)

    •Elasticated camo/cargo pants.
    Great for those of us who move about a lot and want the flexibility that an elasticated waist can provide.

    •Henley t-shirts (y’know, the grandad collar ones with the buttons below the collar) both short and long sleeved would be good in a variety of new and exciting colours: green, red, orange. I noticed you sell Hollister henleys, but they are £75 a pack! Get a line of affordable ASOS henleys on the rack and they will sell like wildfire.

    Would be thrilled to see you take on some of these ideas. I’ve loved shopping with ASOS but I’m struggling to find much worth buying anymore. Please pass on my suggestions. Peace
