A better design range for big feet women shoes
The design range for those UK 10 and up especially is not diverse, same old boring designs. Please design more beautiful shoes and not so high heels because we are already so tall we do not need the extra high inches. Tall girls with big feet issues. Please find someone in your team to cater to our problems. You’ll see how fast the better options will sell. Will be willing to offer ideas.

Aramex > Evri (Emirates Post)
Aramex has been Reliable for on time Deliveries in UAE for ASOS, usually they would deliver a day before expected delivery. Evri and Emirates post have the worst service and delivery with Emirates post was a nightmare. Considering not buying from asos anymore cause the delivery service provided by Emirates post was beyond disappointing.
PLEASE reconsider making Aramex the only delivery service in UAE.1 vote -
Rewards/membership program
Add membership rewards where you can gain points after a certain amount of purchases. Have gold silver and platinum rewards. Makes people more likely to purchase more often knowing there will be rewards. Finally giveaways on the app for the members.

Delivery
I strongly suggest ASOS to change the partner delivery company in HK. The way they deliver in HK is so non customer friendly.
I am a busy working person who are not always at home and unable to pick up my phone call anytime. I rescheduled my delivery date on the web on 15th as this is my day off. I must have the reason why I rescheduled on this day, the delivery just ignore because I cannot pick up the phone call during my sleeping time, and said they are not able to come today. Then I wonder what…

Delivery on weekends
Please do have weekends deliveries here in Ireland as most people are working on weekdays. I am not able to order much nowadays because I am working the whole weekdays now, and no one will receive the parcel for me. Thank you

Shipping
Recently you have changed the shipping company called APG which is new me so I thought it was a scam. we’re supposed to pay a shipping fee before my order is shipped, I don’t mind paying but there are too many scams out there and I would prefer if the email for the payment would be sent from ASOS or maybe we could pay through the app as a safer option.

Remove Fastway as the main courier for Ireland as they are useless.

More options for taller girls
more options for us taller girls like 36-38 inseam like cargo pants so we can keep up with the lastest fashion trends and have comfortable stuff to fit us I don’t like just wearing tight jeans and just the dress pants you guys offer we want more options but make sure the cargos aren’t too baggy and not to skinny like Stradivarius cargo pants it would be really nice I’d buy so many if you did put it into consideration

Bring back DPD deliveries get rid of Evri
I want refund for my yearly subscription for my next day delivery. As asos can no longer promise that service; I will never use ASOS again as long as you continue to use Evri;
WHY? Why would you destroy your company by signing up with the worst unreliable and the most dishonest delivery company in the whole of the UK; they are a pack of thieves and you will continue to lose customers. Why would did asos not stay with the delivery company you had?…,

Instagram monitoring
ASOS needs to employ people to respond to queries on Instagram. Customers ask questions and it’s a ghost town. Questions go unanswered. There is no service. Lots of wasted opportunities for building customer relations.

Discount codes that won’t wok
Don’t advertise for discount codes on the app when the code won’t work for the selected country. If the code is not applicable to that delivery country, don’t put ads for it in the app version of that country.
