Sizing
When ordering shoes can you please list what shoes size you guys are going buy? I ordered shoe size looking in the women’s section and you guys sent it to me in the male size. It always happens to me when I order shoes. I always have to send them back and get the correct size according to the gender.

Delivery
When you pay for premium bext day deliver I don't understand why it isn't automatically selected, instead of standard delivery and you having to check it's been selected! Now i have to wait a long time for my order.

Outfit Tester
I’m looking for a feature that allows you position clothes in order you wear them. For example
Hat, Jackets, Jeans & Shoes on a 3D model.This then gives us a virtual look at how the clothes will go with each other and decide if we like them or not. A VR or 3D experience to make the most out of our buying.
It may even reduce send back items if they can see what the jacket will look like with the trainers.
Hope you think it through.

a payment option where u can pay after u received the clothes, that way it's easier when u only want to keep some items that were ordered

Entry taxes
My items were returned because I did not know I needed to pay entry tax fee through a third party. I suggest providing that information through the app. Or a reminder via app to check email because I was only checking the app.

Different in real
Dont get me wrong, i love your company but ive orderd a few thing already en some of it just doesnt look like its shown in the pictures on the app, for example i have just ordere a pair of jeans. They came in litteraly 15 min ago en i unpacked them and it didnt even look like anything on the app. Real shame loved the jeans in the picture. Still ordering stuff tho

Saved items sorting
I would love to be able to organise my favourites from prices high to low! Sometimes I save a tonne of the same/similar items so I can compare them price wise and think this feature would save me time.

Please allow shipping to every country, from any country one chose to shop in as you inventory change based on the country and sometimes th prices do too.

Delivery
Bring back AU Express. You were the only ones that offered it and it was the reason I shopped with you over everyone else.

Amend describes of “ Zip or Button fly “ clearly
Please kindly amend on products information of trousers/Chino/Jeans more clearly details of “ Zip fly or Button fly” describes as it will make the waist size inaccurate sizes as previous purchased few orders noticed it was due to above described and we are confused what happened with the issue so please kindly do something on it, thanks

Thank you very much for having created such a excellent shopping platform! I’m a high school student from China,downloading this app (ASOS) with fervent anticipation of enjoying a wonderful experience in shopping. However,on the point of paying, I encountered a problem. The platform asked me pay via credit/debit card. Due to my age is under 18 , I don’t own a credit card . Then, I failed to pay, which made me very disappointed.
With sincere wishes, I strongly recommend that ASOS could provide more payment methods such as Alipay, Apple Pay, etc. And I think these paying…1 vote
