Customer service
Get actual customer service? It used to be great having help on twitter. My parcel was supposed to be delivered July 12th. It’s stuck on “delayed” with no other Info and there’s like no one to help or contact. A big store like you guys having no help is ridiculous.

Use vouchers as payment method at checkout
Why arent gift card vouchers availablento use at checkout as a payment method? I have a £50 voucher/gift card to use and I honestly haven't the feintest on how to use it on checkout.
I can only select my cards or PayPal's "pay in 3" on checkout, but not my gift card, make it make sense...

Bring back sizing charts for all shoes
Bring back sizing charts for all shoes. I’ve made 2 separate purchases for sneakers of 2 different brands in what is advertised as women‘s sizes (if I am going through the women’s section it is ridiculous for Asos to think that customers will assume sizing is in men’s sizing). Both pairs of sneakers from different brands were delivered to me in men’s sizing. I know my size, I don’t want to waste my time having to make returns, contacting customer services and repurchasing items. Put the size charts back.

Remove harmful chemicals from your clothing
I’ve been looking through the clothing descriptions of several items on the ASOS website warning about potential traces of lead and other harmful chemicals in clothing items. There are dozens upon dozens of items with this warning. The fact that it exists in such prevalence makes me concerned about your practices as a company, both what you’re willing to put in clothes, and what chemicals you are willing to subject your workers to day in and day out. Longer Tops
My suggestion would be for longer t-shirts and tops. Including with classic round neckline. Yes, cropped tops are cute. But sometimes I don't want to show my waist/tummy. Including when I have to wear smart-casual to work.
It's also cold rn and I want to be able to comfortably tuck my tops into my pants. Again, also while I'm at work.
More basic (but good quality) t-shirts and tops that skim well over your hips/can be tucked in and in different colours, i.e. grey, pink, black, nude, peach, whatever you will.

More tall clothes
It’s very disappointing and a sad shopping experience for tall girls. There is 7700 trousers on the site and then u click tall and it gets to 550. Short girls can always get clothes shortened but tall girls can’t do anything. Mostly I see so many nice trousers I can’t buy. Please give us more tall clothes especially co-odds and tailoring

ASOS to confirm which courier will be delivering their parcel.

Rewards program for reviews and for being a premier member
Premier members should receive rewards for simply being members. There should be a points system for every purchase. Members should also receive rewards for posting reviews on items. They should be given extra points for photos in reviews.

Show discount used on orders
Sometimes discounts applied have a spending band limit which means that if you return an item and the order then falls below you lose the discount on everything
