Include Heel Height in all Shoes
The shoes do not have a Height measurement of Heels. Very difficult to buy shoes online without knowing how high/low they are

STOP SHIPPING TO SEYCHELLES SINCE YOU CAN'T DELIVER BY YOUR DELIVERY DATE
********!! They give a delivery date and they can't even deliver. NEVER WILL I BE WASTING MY MONEY ON THERE AGAIN. I ordered my dress for my wedding on 07th October that was to be delivered by 26th October, I was informed by Rohit : "Emm, in such case you'll have to get your dress from nearest store as an alternative. If you don't get your parcel by 20th of November then contact us for further assistance."

New delivery company and better customer service
Waited on a dress that was ment to be delivered next day delivery 2 weeks ago Everi didn't even try to 2 different locations one being a shop. I'm annoyed as I paid next day delivery for nothing. As I've seen on the comments on here about the delivery service and contacting asos and everi about my parcel is proving very difficult. As always someone will get back to you about your issue. But still nothing. New delivery company maybe and better ways off contacting customer service. Out off pocket no dress and no response.

Bring back Klarna!
ASOS has recently removed the Klarna app and it’s infuriating.
When you speak to customer services they tell you ‘Klarna has been removed for some customers’.No it’s been removed for everyone and they won’t tell you why. I imagine people are over ordering. I won’t be shopping with you guys until you put this option back.

Get a better delivery company
ASOS has really went down hill this past while & it’s the delivery times that’s the problem unfortunately. I pay for next day delivery & it’s very rarely on time. It’s actually put me off ordering from here.

Gifts for real men
The gifts for men section is actually a gift for women section! I was searching for a gift for my boyfriend and the gifts for men section was full of eyeliners, earrings and the Ordinary. Please done let’s your personal opinions ruin normal for us. This is becoming ridiculous, if a man needs eyeliner he will not struggle to find it. Don’t make our lives difficult because you’re not sure who is who and what is what!

Quality
The sizing on asos needs some serious attention. It has changed this year and is way out compared to the other brands you sell. Ive heard this alot from other people too and shops like shein are offering better fitting clothes. Which is crazy. My usual is a 10 and it is like a 6-8. When i order a 12 it falls off me. It bothers me so much because i have always been an asos shopper and i cannot find clothes that fit me well at all now.
