Smocks and Aline dresses
You need to have more smock and A line styles in sizes28+. Over the last 6 months all the best styles are in the smaller size range which is disappointing. I've struggled to buy anything.

A digital mannequin
I’d love to see a feature where asos introduce a digital mannequin. The user has the option to put different clothing pieces together, so they’ll know what the outfit looks like before they purchase items. Users will have the option to change the mannequin skin complexion & body size.

Canadian Discount for all Items
Recently, lots of items are “excluded from all discount codes” which I can understand for certain sales, but it’s unfair to remove the “CA15” discount because we are still charged COD fees and other duties/taxes upon pickup.

Male thongs
Your sales clearly do well when you design mens thongs with the idea of being more inclusive. But there hasn't been any recent drops that are practical to wear but also cute(no one wants a checkered thong). Can we have more swimwear thongs and more thongs for men in general. Your campaigns don't match the products you have on offer for someone who's non binary. it seems like recently your lines have become less inclusive as your not providing for the big demographic of the male/non binary thong wanting community. You design enough for women can we have some please.

Show Parcel Delivery Provider
Show which parcel delivery is delivering your parcel at buying stage.
I have a repetitive issue with royal mail. I have the premium delivery service and every time without fail, instead of next day delivery I receive my parcel from them 5 - 10 days after purchasing.
By showing which provider will be delivering the parcel would really help people who are stuck with issues like this. If we could even select which provider to use that would be even better as this is definitely a deciding factor on whether I'd buy or not.

Lower UK shipping cost
Ever since ASOS Premier came about, the shipping cost for UK is absolutely mind boggling. It’s obviously to onboard more customers onto the Premier scheme, but it’s a scummy move.
Premier is awful as it is, I’ve been signed up to it for months and about 3-4 of my orders have not been next day. So what am I paying for??

Fix exchange rates
You need to fix the pricing on the app! You cannot have something for sample for £70 and then once in € it goes up to €96.99! This isn’t an accurate representation of the live exchange rates!!

Produce more sizes in mens asos line
ASOS used to have tall sizes (e.g. 30x34, 30x36) and big sizes, however, there are only 2 length sizes available now - 30 and 32. What about tall people? Please reproduce the sizes you used to. Frustrating as prices increased too with the less options available now.

Bring back paying in GBP for Irish customers!
Bring back the option to pay in GBP for customers in the Republic of Ireland! I've paid for premier delivery but can't order anything as prices are too expensive in euro! Not happy that this option was taken away from us. I won't be ordering from ASOS unless this issue is fixed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP
Customer service representatives who are knowledgeable about the terms and conditions, are helpful and do not argue when presented with proof from the website. I was badgered for an hour with no solution.
