Why have unavailable items to showcase a collection?
Why do you have unavailable items showcasing collections? Oh cool red shirt for sheer items. It’s not anywhere in the shop much less the collection. This seems to always be the case? Doesn’t make any sense.

Search my size that asos recommends
So you know when you search for an item, you find alot of results, you pick something and then you find out your size is sold out, specially with t-shirts. I know you can pick the size in filters,there’s so many different sizes options from different countries that I don’t understand and not familiar with. Asos have my size fits right? So my idea is i wanna select in the filtters to find things in my size(whatever asos recommends) without picking every single size the drop button. So for example asos know that my size is L, AU12 . So…

TikTok style scrolling
I think the app should allow TikTok style scrolling. For example when you search “T-shirts” and click into a tshirt to view it, the app will allow to to swipe up to see the next tshirt in the list and to be able to keep swiping up and down from here. This will stop constant clicking back and forth from viewing an item to viewing a bunch of items. Similar to TikTok a like button on the right side to save, basket button and product description for example.( I want payment for this idea :) )

Longer tops
My suggestion would be for longer t-shirts and tops. Including with classic round neckline. Yes, cropped tops are cute. But sometimes I don't want to show my waist/tummy. Including when I have to wear smart-casual to work.
It's also cold rn and I want to be able to comfortably tuck my tops into my pants. Again, also while I'm at work.
More basic (but good quality) t-shirts and tops that skim well over your hips/can be tucked in and in different colours, i.e. grey, pink, black, nude, peach, whatever you will.

Way to filter out items
Instead of saying at the styles you want to see, way to remove all the styles you don’t want to see. Certain styles are not flattering on certain body types but still don’t know what you want to see, this can help narrow the search

Dress code
Be able to search by common dress codes, I’ve been invited to two events this year with the dress code “looks to kill” :’) what does that even mean

Buy a whole outfit - prebuilt
Hiya, seen other people suggest some outfit builders etc, but would also love the idea of prebuilt outfits like buy this top, this trousers etc and be able to set the sizes for the pieces and buy the whole set - you would know they go together :-)

Ability for me to put my body dimensions so i dont have to apply filters. Sometimes i just want browse but i can because shoes, shorts, pants, shirts etc are different

Use models with wide feet
Can you please use models with wide feet to model wide fitting shoes?

ChatGPT style prompts to improve searching
It would be amazing if you could use generative AI to help improve searching on the app. For example, earlier I was looking for plain green t-shirts and I filtered by colour and product type. Unfortunately, there are hundreds of t-shirts that have patterns, logos, large pictures on them. It would be great if I could type a ChatGPT style prompt like “Find me plain, green t-shirts that do not have any pictures or logos on them.” This would be a game changer. I’m sure it could be done via the OpenAI API?

The review system on ASOS is so bad. I see you’ve now let customers review via the app - about time! But I still do not get the majority of my reviews posted. It’s SO frustrating. I take the time to review products and keep checking back and there’s still 0 reviews on the item. Why? You never give feedback???? Email us when our review is published. A filter that blocks out things you have already bought
There should be a filter option where you can block items that you have already bought and kept or items you have bought and returned. Suggestions should also be able to filter out things you have purchased already.

When opening the app for the first time, include a reset for your sizes for clothes, shoes, accessories, and more

Move "more colours" bar
Move the "more colours" bar to the top when browsing shoes as it covers the shoe on 90% of images where it currently is at the bottom

Stop removing items from boards
After 6 months items from boards start disappearing and its so annoying to go on a hunt throughout the app to find them again. Whats the point in the board if you're gonna remove them after 6 months

Filter options on reviews
Please can we have the opportunity to filter the reviews i.e ‘Verified purchaser’ and ‘Originally posted on…’
This would be helpful as reviews posted on other websites may have already been selectively added (likely to avoid anything negative) and therefore I am more interested in genuine reviews from asos customers. Thank you

More plus sized inclusion for clothing. Why is it that we treat the plus sized section as if it’s only there so we can say there’s inclusion. To quote another customer asking for the SAME thing. “I saw better styles and colors in smaller size dresses/clothing.
